How long will it take for the reward points to be added to my account?

Booking reward points will be credited to your account once your stay is confirmed by the hotel. Usually it will take around 90 days after checkout.

Are all hotel bookings eligible for earning booking reward points?
​
Unfortunately, only bookings made with the IATA travel agency code qualify for reward points. For instance, in the case of Marriott, reservations made through us under the STARS & Luminous program do not earn reward points. For details please refer to the instruction in the hotel booking pages.
Do the reward points accumulate across my multiple stays?

Yes, the reward points are accumulative across your multiple stays. You can earn points for each booking, and redeem them anytime you want.

Is there an expiry date on my loyalty points?

No, there is no expiry date.

What should I do if the points have not appeared in my account for more than 90 days from my hotel checkout?
