The previous MMF form has been phased out, starting from 15/4/2026, your Marriott account must be linked to the MMF system by the sponsor associate for you to enjoy the book and enjoy the MMP/MMF rate. You will no longer need to present the MMF form during checkin.

Frequent travelers utilizing the Marriott MMF rate are strongly encouraged to choose a longer subscription period. Please note that when the subscription expires, the associated account will automatically be de-linked. We recommend planning accordingly to ensure there is no lapse in your benefits.

If you do, the hotel may report the incident to Marriott, and the associate reserves the right to discontinue the connection without refund. The associate will also not be responsible for any resulting Marriott account audits or account freezes.

2. Please be aware that certain hotels, particularly in high-traffic or Asian-populated areas, may make it challenging to use MMP/MMF rates, even with a legitimate sponsor. While we ensure all sponsor are valid, hotel policies and staff discretion may vary.

What is Marriott Friends & Family Rate/Explore Friends Rate/MMF Rate?

Marriott Friends & Family Rate is the discount rate for friends and family of Marriott employee. This rate isn’t as good as the Marriott employee discount, but it still can offer some nice savings for friends and distant family members. The discount can be 20-25% off the normal rates.

What is the Marriott Friends & Family Rate Discount Code?

The Code for the Marriott Friend & Family Rate to use when booking is “MMF”.

The terms of the Marriott Friends and Family rate are:

·The rate is available to family members and friends of Marriott associates only for personal travel only.

·The rate is available to Marriott associates for personal travel only.

·There is no limit on the number of rooms per night or nights per stay.

·This rate is eligible to earn Marriott Bonvoy points or miles.

How to book a room with a Marriott MMF Code

1. The booking process is very easy. You’ll just need to use the Marriott “MMF” Code when booking the employee rate direct on Marriott’s website.

2. Go to Marriott’s booking site

3. Click on the “Find & Reserve” tab on the upper left portion of the page

4. Enter the location you are traveling to and the travel dates

5. Click on the Special Rates Drop Down

6. Click the “Corporate/Promo/SET#” button and enter “MMF” in the “Enter Code” box

7. Enter the destination and dates you want to travel then hit “Find Hotels”

Important Notice:

We will link your Marriott bonvoy account to the mmp/mmf system in 1-2 days. You will receive an email from Marriott notifying you once your account is linked.
The connection is valid in the duration that you subscripted to from the date issued.
Don’t make complaints to the hotel when staying using the mmf rate.
Only use it by yourself(Same as the name on the form)
The hotel you are going to stay reserves the final interpretation to the use of MMF form.
You can only book one room when using MMF. Multiple nights is ok.
No refund once the connection is completed.
